Customer request power dissipation of UCC28063.
They got 1.3W value from 3rd party, but they don't know how get that data,
Would you explain how to measure power dissipation of UCC28063 besides transformer and FET loss?

I think this is how the max power dissipation was calculated.
Thermal shutdown occurs at 160C for the UCC28063.
This allows for a temp rise of 135C if the ambient is 25C.
With a junction to ambient thermal resistance of 92C/W specified for the UCC28063, this allows for a 135/92 W = 1.4W max power dissipation. Allowing for a 10% tolerance, 1.3W is a reasonable value for the max power dissipation of this part.
