We are manufacture wide range of SMPS Transformers with different topologies for Power Conversion like fly back , forward, half bridge , full bridge Transformers etc.. Validation of these products is generally carried out by our customers. We inspect only the routine test parameters like Inductance, Turns ratio, DC resistance, polarity & High voltage test on the transformers and nothing more .It would be beneficial if we conduct some internal qualification tests using SMPS test Kit to verify design output meeting design input requirements or not. By doing this, we can have a chance to visualize performance before delivering the SMPS transformers to customer. Is it possible to develop a standard SMPS test kit for this purpose? Your opinion and Ideas on this subject is highly valued.
