Would you tell me about TPS63051 of current limit.

Is the current limit 0.4×IIN_MAX only during start-up when ILIM0 and ILIM1 are low?

Is the current limit 0.4×IIN_MAX after start-up  when ILIM0 and ILIM1 are low?
