TPS61200: Can tps61200 support 600mA/3.6V output?

Part Number: TPS61200

Need to drive 2 controllers and 10 LEDs. About 600mA / 3.6V output.

Using 3.7V/1200 mAh battery.

Is TPS61200 (Not 61201 or 61202) able to do it ?

I saw the Iout-Vin graph on datasheet, however its voltage rating is 1.8V.

the voltage of the battery you are using is 3V~4.2V, the output voltage is 3.6V, so you should use a buck-boost converter instead of boost converter.

TPS61200 has built-in function of down-voltage regulation.

Is it possible to support 600ma ?

The down mode of the TPS61200 is low efficiency, so i don't suggest this device for your application
