TLV62130A: SW, PG and VOS leakage current

We got a question from customer about TLV62130A.
Could you help us?

[Question]
When PVIN, AVIN and EN is open, 6V is applied to Vout from external power supply. Please see below figure.

- Is there any concerns about this usage?
- How much is the leakage current to SW, PG and VOS pin?

From what you show, the device's Vin will have a voltage from the applied voltage on the output. This is likely the biggest leakage source in the system, especially if the IC is enabled.

The SW and VOS leakage is not specified but these pins are high impedance. The PG leakage is specified. But if the IC is disabled (or enabled but Vout is too low), PG will be low and thus it will sink current through the pull-up resistor.

Please read the app note I sent. Since you apply a voltage on the output, this will appear on the input.
