We received the log file and gg file. The gg.csv file indicates that the Ra table and Qmax have not been learned for this pack, but the MaxErr = 1 and Update Status = 06. Were these values modified by hand or did the ChemID not get loaded correctly? Have you verified that you have a good ChemID match for their cells? If you can provide the log files from the optimization cycle and an srec file from the pack, then we can help to analyze the problem.

The srec file is the one that have complete learning cyle(update status became 06). The gg file is the one that “update status” have been modify 06-02 and cycle count to 0.

Yes, the chemID have got loaded correctly, the update status was automicly updated by learning cycle.

The GPC-report shows that "Best chemical ID : 231    Best chemical ID max. deviation, % : 2.28    ".
