TPS54232: TPS54232 current consumption with no Load/with LDO(LM1117)

I am prototyping a low cost, low current consumption board. For power supply i am using tps54232 to produce +5V. After changing values of many passive components, i have managed to reduce the current consumption of TPS54232 with no load (no LDO) to around 350-400 uA. The operating current according to datasheet is 85uA when no switching and no load. I want to reduce the current consumed by TPS54232 further. So, how do i reduce the current consumed further?

350 to 400 uA seems reasonable. What is your input voltage?

My input Voltage is 12V, my output voltage is 3.3V.

Your original post states the output voltage is 5 V, not 3.3 V.

The output voltage is 5V not 3.3V. Made a mistake typing. So can reduce the current consumed further?

I'm not sure how much lower you can go unless you inhibit switching. You might try increasing the inductor value. At no load are you getting single switching pulses in between sleep periods?

I changed the inductor to a 22uH value from original value of 6.8uH but there was not such significant changes in the current.Yes, there was single switching pulses in between periods.

Follow the EC table test condition, which is operating non-swithing, so i think it should be an open loop test, just add 0.85V to vense pin, make some inner block work but no switching.
