TPS7A6350-Q1: WDO, disable

Part Number: TPS7A6350-Q1

Hi~

On the using of TPS7A6350-Q1, when disable watchdog function,

-ROSC, WD, WD_FLT connect to ground

-nWD_EN connect to high(pull up to 3.3V)

Please, let me have double confirm that disabling WDO in TPS7A6350-Q1.

Thanks.

  • Hi Jin-Suk,

If you do not intend to use the watchdog nWD_EN should be pulled above 2.5V (3.3V is fine). In order to keep the other pins in a known state it is a good idea to tie WD and WD_FLT to GND; however, to keep ROSC in a known state, I would recommend leaving ROSC floating (open).

    Very Respectfully,
    Ryan
