I need a gate driver same as UCC27210D\UCC2721x 120-V Boot, 4-A Peak, High-Frequency High-Side and Low-Side Driv with Disable function pin , does TI offer that?

I would recommend you take a look into the LM5106, which has an ENABLE pin. Also, you could look at our isolated drivers, which may be overkill for your needs, but for example UCC21520 has a disable pin.
