BQ25504: Full PCB Footprint

Hi,

I am trying to create a gerber file for the pcb design layout of this IC. However, nowhere can I find the full pcb footprint. Can anybody help me with this? Here are the parameters required.

Hi Kriti,

To clarify, is the image you attached the PCB footprint you want to make? Are you wondering if the BQ25504 will fit to this footprint?

If it is the part dimenions you need please see pages 33, 34, and 35 of the BQ25504 datasheet.

You can download the BXL and STP models from www.ti.com/.../quality.

Thanks. I seem to have been looking at an old version or some missing datasheet previously which didnt have this. Found it now.
