Hello,

Could you please let me know the DC current and Pulse Current and Vf of Body diode of Low side FET in TPS53355?

Our customer is testing OCP function of TPS53355 and they use current source as load.
I believe that it is necessary to use the current source setting current value to be kept below the allowable current of the body diode.

I looked up the information on our sharepoint website and could NOT find this kind of information. It is fine to use current source to test OCP. I can only see the load current going through the body diode during the dead-time. Don’t know why the customer interest in this kind of information. The DC current of body diode should able to handle same as FET rate current. So, the pulse current should be 2x higher (my estimation rule of thumb).
