We do not have this data and I am not sure what resources it would take to collect it. If this data is required, the best channels would probably be to work through a local TI sales contact.

I am sorry but we do not collect this data. Furthermore, please inform your customer that the thermal behavior is much a function of their board, PCB, and thermal environment then it is anything we measure.

We provide the RthJC but the case to ambient thermal impedance is generally the dominant impedance in the thermal network path and this is dictated by the board, airflow, and application environment.

Do you have data about thermal Resistance vs mount area per free air?

Unfortunately the only data points we have are those shown in the board.

RthJA is a value that must either be simulated or measured for each specific board. We could potentially simulate your customers board but there would have to be a significant business justification to do so as our packaging engineers have several other projects they are working on currently. Furthermore, we wouldn't be able to make any guarantee of accuracy without a physical measurement.
