All our thermal metrics, unless otherwise stated, are measured in free air, or natural convection.

Do you have force air flow thermal Resistance data?
Do you have data about thermal Resistance vs mount area per force air flow?

We do not have this data and I am not sure what resources it would take to collect it. If this data is required, the best channels would probably be to work through a local TI sales contact.

But there blog was an explanation about Fig3 thermal Resistance vs mount area.
Do you have data about thermal Resistance vs mount area per free air?
