i want to buy this evm but can i get gerber file with module?

Dipenkumar,

We recommend a clamp diode on the ISENSE pin when using this EVM and all designs in general. You can see details in the UCC28180 datasheet schematics a design example: www.ti.com/.../ucc28180.pdf We are in the process of updating the EVM documentation but I have asked an AE to help you on this request.

clamp diode is connecting isense to gnd with positive clamping?

Dipenkumar,

Section 8.3.14 in the UCC28180 datasheet explains why this clamp diode is recommended, the voltage at the ISENSE pin should be limited between 0 V to -1.1 V.

I got it. another question "What is cause behind 5 times voltage spike in drain to source in mosfet?"

My circuit is build on simple breadboard.

Dipenkumar,

Breadboard designs introduce parasitics and do not have adequate tight loops around high current circuit paths especially when the circuits are being switched. Take a look at the Application Report "Minimizing Ringing at the Switch Node of a Boost Converter" www.ti.com/.../slva255.pdf and also look at the "Constructing Your Power Supply - Layout Considerations" www.ti.com/.../slup230.pdf for more details.
