TPS2491: Can I remove C1 completely?

Hi Team,

Question continue from this thread (e2e.ti.com/.../575566). Can I remove C1 completely? What would be the side effect?

    Hi Yee,

    C1 could possibly be removed but should be present for control of external noise at VCC and as a low-impedance source for high-speed circuits. C1 is also used to help with control of transient voltages and unit emissions. I recommend to include C1 in your design. I hope this helps.
