TPS73801: LDO TPS 73801 switching time

Hello,

I am using one of the linear dropout regulator (TPS 73801) in my project and i am a bit confused about switching on and off delay time since i need to know both the delays for on and off for my circuit requirement.

Hi Raza,

Both startup time (EN high to output high) and shutdown time (EN low to output low) are application dependent. The amount of output capacitance, upstream supply current limit, and load current will impact the startup time. The amount of output capacitance and load current will impact the shutdown time. The most accurate way to know these for your application is to build a prototype or setup an EVM with your intended input and output capacitors, power supply, and load.

Actually i choose this IC for my design but still we did not buy it so is it possible that i will give you the parameters which i will use and you can test it .
