LM5116: Design Review for pulse current output

Please confirm if you intend to operate at 1Mhz operating frequency. If so please confirm where the BUCK_VCC is coming from and its value. Top operate at 1Mhz the voltage at VCC needs to be >6V.

if you do not have a specific reason for choosing 1Mhz, would recommend operating at lower frequency like 500khz or so.
Based on your schematic operating at 1Mhz the recommended compensation components are : R7=220k, C48=1nF, C47=10pF. This gives a cross over freq of around 15khz and 75 deg phase margin. Please change to these values and we can fine tune as necessary.

In case you want to have a higher cross over freq for the current design would recommend removing 1 of the 220uF caps, C51 or C71

We have changed the compensation loop with suggested values, now loop response is better. below are the wave-forms. can you please share the Design sheet for calculated values.

 we have changed the feedback resistor as well for 3.4V output. values are 3.6K&2K

Nice. Please use webench if you would like to tweak further. You can start a design and then select components in your design by using the select alternate component feature.
