can i get spice model of TI based UCC28070 IC of same configuration as in the datasheet.Please help me.

Hello Harijarani,

There are transient and average models of the UCC28070 at www.ti.com/.../toolssoftware . There are two PSPICE models and two TINA-TI models - you can get a free download of the TINA-TI simulator at www.ti.com/.../tina-ti

Hi colin,

thanks for your response. I have those models already. because of pins mismatch not able to use those models for my project. I need simplis model of UCC28070 ic as in the datasheet attached.

I'm afraid I can't help you further on the simplis model - we will have to wait for the response from the TINA-/Spice modelling group.

The TINA-TI simulator in particular is pretty powerful and should be able to model your system fully. Is there a particular aspect of the device behaviour that you are interested in modelling ? and is there a possibility for you to use one of the models that are available and correct for the 'pins mismatch' -
