Do you have a value of Junction temperature Tj 'Absolute Maximum Rating' ?

It does not exist in datasheets.

    Hi Taichi,

    The Absolute Maximum Rating for operating junction temperature is 150C; however, it is important to keep your application within the Recommented Operating Conditions junction temperature range of -40 to 125C for reliable operation.
