to design a capacitor charger

hi Everybody,

i am designing a capacitor charger.

problem description:

capacitor: 330 uF

voltage: 1200 V

time: 60 seconds

input : 3.7 V Li-Ion battery

can anybody propose me a converter and a circuit?

thank you Yunsheng,
it is not important though there is a portable application.

it may be either boost or flyback topology.
