How much is thermal shutdown operating Tj temparature and release temparature?
Like as LMR23630, could you let us know the value of TSHDN(Thermal shutdown threshold) and THYS(Hysteresis)?

If the Tj temparature is over TSHDN, the device stop switching until the device temparature goes down THYS.

Sorry we over looked this question. The TSD tripping threshold is typically 170C. The recovery hysteresis is about 15C~20C below.

Yes, the behavior will be the device stop switching once TSD threshold is tripped, and switching will resume when Tj drops below recovery threshold.
