TPS23861: POE switch port is not power

Now done a prototype 18 switches, 2 negative phenomena in the supply, a switch appears 2.3.6.7 unable to supply, another eight cannot supply.

Are you using Auto Mode or Semi-Auto Mode? When the port 2,3,6,7 can't turn on, what's the classification status(register 0x0C to 0x0F)?What are connected to these ports?Have you tried to swap different PDs on different ports with different cables? Thanks.

Customers are using the semi-auto mode, connect the network port is the AT standard PD, also try to use different cable to connect different PD, or the same situation ，thanks.
