BQ27742-G1: SOC drop to 0% by low temp

Hi ,

My customer have test discharge by 0 degree , the SOC will drop to 0% . We try to use different ID and T Time Constant / T Rise to test, but there is no any improvement .

Hi,
I have to use GPCRB0 tools to calculate at last week. These discharge data is already fill in the new data(ex. Qmax / Ra table / T Time Constant / T Rise ) . But, soc still drop in low temperature.
I can try to close the smoothing algorithm, the smoothing algorithm whether there is a problem.
