Could you give any information about the Iss distribution of TPS74801 ?

The customer wants to know it in order to make sure whether their power startup sequence is proper or not.

Hi Kenji,

Iss is not a parameter that is specified with a min/max in the Electrical Characteristics table as it is not a tested parameter. Figure 15 shows how TPS74801 typical drifts over temperature.

I understand you have no "specified" data.

Do you have any distribution data without guarantee alternaviely (ex.) when the device was in development ?
