Hi all

Looking at the Datasheets I find for the TPS562209 a Psi(JB) of 60.4°C/W and for the TPS562200 one of 13.2°C/W.

As these parts come in the same package and have the same RDSon I wouldn't expect  to see a difference in thermal parameters.

Please comment / clarify.
