I am going to calculate the Cout by Equation(15) and Equation(16). However I do know the unit(voltage[V] or percent[%]) of Vos and Vus at these equations.
In case of the equation(16), the "(Vout*Vos)^2 - Vout^2" will be negative value if the Vos is 0.25V.
How can we estimate the Vos and Vus?
(e.g Vos = 5%? or 5.25V? or 0.25V? @Vout=5V, and Vus=5% and 0.25V?)

What I would like to ask is how much is the Vos and Vus at the equation(15) and equation(16).
On the datasheet, the some example is mentioned as the following,
If the Vus=Vos=5%, the Cout is calculated by equation(16). Cout is 5.3uF.
In this case, the Vos may be 1.05. (If Vos is 0.25V, Cout will be negative value.)
On the other hand, Cout is calculated by equation(15) is 17.5uF when the Vus is ...???
How can we put the exactly value of Vos and Vus at equation(15) and equation(16) in this case?
