Iq,vbias is prescribed with max100nA, but ICC of Figl.7 exceeds 200nA in 85C..
Are ICC and Iq different?

Hi Kobayashi,

The graph shows the behavior when VBIAS = 5V, and the IQ spec in the Electrical table is VBIAS = 3.3V. The higher VBIAS causes higher quiescent current at high temperatures.
