Hello,
1) I have to design variable current power supply using TL494. Current will vary from 0-10A. Input for the power supply is 12V from SMPS of 350Watt and instead of vary current manually using pot I want to vary it using digital potentiometer so I am planning to use MCP4151.
2)I have to design variable voltage output 0-32V AC preferably at 0-10A variable current I want to determine required frequency. I have not use TL494 IC before Please guide me for this design.

TL494 is a really old device.  I'm not sure if very many users are still active.  You can look at this link for design guidelines:

Yes..I check that..but may I know from where i get detail about TL494 as per my requirement or which IC use recently instead of TL494

One good place to start is the Webench design page. You can enter your parameters and it will search for possible solutions and generate designs.
