Hi,
Currently i designed a circuit with tps62020 for deriving 1.8V from 5V. I designed as per the application circuit showed on the datasheet. On Multi meter it shows 1.8V 1.9V, After probing on CRo the output is not constant there is a spike on output. please suggest me what is the exact problem......
