Hi there:

I'd like to perform a charging/discharging test with 4pcs 18650 SAMSUNG cell battery & BQ40Z50EVM-561 Demo board,

but even I've tested each battery voltage with 3.4V still found only 3 battery voltage were shown (please refer the attached set-up & print screen)

I'd like to have your suggestion to help me find is there any missing part or set-up I need to check it firstly?

Hi,
Could you kindly show your what load is connected on the PACK pin?
The first step is to use a multimeter to test the voltage on the 3P and 4P connnector of the EVM to make sure the hardware connectino is well

Hi Kay,

The bq40z50-R1 default is 3S, CC[1:0] = 2. You need to configure it for 4S in Setting >> DA Configuration >> CC[1:0] = 3.
