ActiveX control - bq80xRW.ocx - need developer version to import to LabView

Hi,

I am using LabView to active-Xing the bq80xRW.ocx file downloaded from USB driver from Texas Instrument. However, I ran into access violation when LabView tried to access this from LabView. Should LabView be able to use the control with these drivers, or I would need a special driver (some developer versions) to work with LabView?

If so, please provide.
