Customer strongly inquired CTI (Comparative tracking index) data for UCC27714.

As an example, UCC21520 is specified that CTI is larger than 600V on the datasheet page 6.

    The UCC27714 is not constructed for electrical isolation, so the mold compound for this device is not certified for CTI index. Per our packaging experts, if certification were done, this compound would likely be able to be certified as > 400 V.
