Hi Ryuji,

TPS7A84, TPS7A87, and TPS7A89 all have similar noise profiles. At higher frequencies the only measurable noise contribution is the charge pump spurs.

The charge pump spurs for these devices can be seen below:

Is there noise data up to 1 GHz? Is there only up to 10MHz data?

Ryuji san,

We have not taken noise data beyond 10MHz. All we would see is the measurement noise floor if the curves would be expanded.
