TPS60400: RSWITCH on the datasheet P11

Hi all

Would you mind if we ask TPS60400?

RSWITCH on the datasheet P11 shows "resistance of a single MOSFET-switch inside the converter".
We guess that this value will be 12ohm upto 15ohm at 25°C, VI = 5 V.
Do you have characteristic diagram concerned with temparature and VI.
(Our cusutomer would like to know the value in case of VI = 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, 5.0V with full temapature range(-40 upto 125C).)

Hi,

The 12ohm is the typical output impedance. Figure 7 in the DS shows this value for different temperatures and input voltages.

On the datasheet P7, it seems that the condition of Figure7 and Figure10 are the same.
Why does the same condtion show?

The figures are for the different device options.
Please have a look on table 1 in DS page 5.
