Could you teach me about internal behavior after current limit?

Could you explain the waveform after current limit?

We experiment to check input transient characteristics.
At this time, we find the waveform like attachment file.
Why this device become normal operation after second rising edge?
But this device become current = 0 after first rising edge...
When we look at extended waveform, this device become slower switching→stop switching→start switching.
What is the reason of this?
*We think that one of reason is current limit because of 1/4 frequency.
We would be appreciate if you teach us about this transition event.
