I have FA case need you to help.
Fail rate : 60/276 = 21.79%
TI device : CSD18532KCS
Use TI CSD18532KCS parallel 12 PCS application Inverter 2000W. (before use IR MOSFET solution)
for burnning and life time test occur damage issue.
test different data code result show as below
1619(65SQH7T) Pass.
1631(68S03WT) Fail.
Verfication 1649 Pass.
We find gate reistor from 10 ohm change to 5 ohm can solve issue.
I think 1631 maybe Ciss / Cgd / Cgs different 1619 and 1649.
So customer hope to know MOSEFT electronic parameter such as Cgd, Cgs, Ciss etc.
May I know TI LAB has equipment can help us to measurement MOSEFT electronic parameter? Thanks.
