Part Number: EV2300
Good afternoon. We purchased 12 - EV2300’s for some automated testing we are developing using the BQ20z655r1, but the new EV2300’s we purchased don’t seem to interface with the BQ evaluation software. I downloaded the firmware update program and performed the update, but the EV2300 still does not work with the BQ software. Everything seems to work fine with our older EV2300's but the new modules don't work. t When I run the firmware update program it shows the firmware in the EV - is updated to version 3.225 but fails all other tests on the test screen except firmware version. Is there another update I need to download to uses these modules? I believe last time we purchased some of them your team updated them for us and they still work fine. the older versions have a label that say's "USB tester ready" and the new modules do not. Please advise as to what we can do.
