TPS40170: servo load cause to current limit

i connected tps40170 to servo ,after it worked about 10 minutes vout become to 0v.

when i disconnect and connect it again it start to opreate ok.

the servo i use his hitec and i put PAD to prevent back EMF.

when the servo rotate very fast the vin came higher voltage .it depends on the speed rotation servo.

what can cause to tps40170 to be in vout=0v ?

Difficult to say, suggest you reproduce the shutdown and monitor the inductor current and the voltages at V switch and Boot. 

let say when i applied 50v from battery then enable tps40170 by switch push on/off .
what can cause to the tps40170 not to power up ?what are the correct condtion to power up ok for tps40170?

If the Battery is at the input, you will just need to make sure you are over the voltage thresholds for the UVLO and the Enable. Also assuming there is 0V at the output before start up.

Do you think that positive spikes voltage that come from output to input can cause to tps40170 to turn off ?if yes PLS explain?what can i do to make the tps40170 to turn off  again by spikes?

Can you confirm if you have a Diode in series with the output to your load?
