BQSTUDIO: error with download, unable to double click the downloaded file

hi,

i have the BQ25895MEVM-664, so AFAIK have to install BQSTUDIO to play with it.

but when i download the file from 

http://www.ti.com/tool/bqstudio

a file sluc525t gets downloaded, but its not recongnised by my windows 8.1 (there is no file extension). So when I try to install it by double clicking, windows complains that it doesnt know what to do with it.

any links to working file?
