Hello,

          Customer have some Thermal concern due to the package is small, (Vin=12V, Vout=5V/2.5A). Has any thermal problem for this device?  Thank you.

    Hi Patrick,

    I did not hear any issue for thermal for this part. You could use Webench to simulate the thermal by using TPS563210 which has the same thermal behavior. I checked on your condition and found the temp for IC is 66C
