Regarding to the Internal Pre-Charge FET on TLC59581, my customer is asking some question.
According to the typical application schematic in datasheet(page1),
the Zener diode is connected to drain in FET.
(Question)
(1)What purpose is the Zener diode put on the Internal Pre-Charge FET?
Is it use for discharging parasitic capacitance same as Internal Pre-Charge FET?
(2)If so, should they need to put the Zener diode?
Is improvement of ghost insufficient only with FET alone?
