What is the recommended N.C terminal connection? They consider to leave open. Is there any concerns?

Hi Yamashiro-san,

Sorry for the delay, for the N.C. pins, you should leave the pins floating. For all other pins that you decide not to do, the datasheet will direct what to do with that pin.

Hi Yamashiro-san,

As Harry suggested, you can leave them floating.

In case of VQFN package, NC pins are suggested to connect to PowerPad for improving thermal performance. You can refer to the TPS2660 EVM layout for guidance.
