BQ78PL116: Program Boot-loader of BQ78PL116 with command line tool or BQ78PL11X Api

Hello, I have the following question.

Is it possible to program the Boot-loader of a BQ78PL116 with a command line tool or with the BQ78PL11X Api?

During production we encounter the problem , that some BQ78PL116 are in a state that a DAT file could not be programmed to the BQ78PL116. If we check this chips with BQwizzard it's instantly requested to program the Boot-loader for the BQ78PL116. So we want to automate this process.

Preferable it would be nice to know what cause this problem too, but in order to tackle it please answer the question about the programming options.

An other question, is there a way to to reset BQ78PL116 after programming it with a golden master /.dat file to factory settings with 3 cells. Like a Command over SMBus
