Hi, I met a problem a few weeks ago and I still have no idea how can I solve this problem by now. So please help, thanks a lot!
We chose to use bq24040 recently and it is the first time we verify our board. The problem is that the input for the bq24040 IC is zero and the output is connected to our battery, but the power consumption of this IC is 100ma!
We verified on 600 boards and 450 of them had the same problem!
What are the possible reasons for this problem? Thanks!
