Dear supporting team,

I was assigned by AC/DC converter design with ucc28070 control. UCC27322 IC is used as a mosfet driver. By using simplis software designing been started. In simplis UCC27322 is not avilable.so i was designed the IC as per schematic in datasheet. The following are the issues/problems facing while simulating

- What is the rating of current source connected to pin no.1 VDD. In my design getting negative VDD value

-Hysteresis values i.e. threshold and hysteresis parameters

- MOSFET specifications

please respond to my querries for my further steps.

    There is a PSpice model available for the UCC27322 on the TI website here:
    www.ti.com/.../toolssoftware

    You can import this model into Simplis/Simetrix very easily (unzip the file, then drag and drop the .lib file into the Simplis Copmmand Shell).

    You can use this model readily in a Simetrix simulation, and you may also be able to use it in a mixed Simplis/Simetrix simulation, depending on your setup and what other parts you are using.


    For your specific questions about UCC27322, I have asked someone from the driver team to respond to you.
