CCS/BQ76PL455A-Q1: Regarding UART communication of the IC with the host

Part Number: BQ76PL455A-Q1

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Hi,

I am using piccolo-2000(28027F) as a host  for the BMS IC BQ76PL455A-Q1. VIO pin of the Bq76pl455a-q1 ic is powered by the same power supply as of host controller ie. 3.3V.

but when i monitor the waveform during the UART communication of the ic and the host controller. the RX of IC  signal  has 3.3V peak to peak( min:0  and Max:3.3v) and TX of IC has 2.0v peak to peak (Min: 1.4  Max:3.3v)

Attached is the screenshot of monitored signals in oscilloscope  for BQ76pl455a-q1 ic pins

channel 1- yellowTX

channel 2- blue-      RX

My Question is why am i getting different logic low levels for the TX & RX
