    Sorry for the late response. (Long weekend here.)

    This looks like an incomplete schematic. If the NPN/PNP combination is to increase the drive current capability of the HDRV output then they are swapped. The emitters should be tied. NPN collector tied up to BOOST source and PNP collector to SW. You might add a non-populated resistor as a place-holder from the two tied bases to the two tied emitters.

    I'm not sure of the intent of manipulating KFF with the LDRV signal.
