LMR14030-Q1: the EN pin Current

Ien shouldl be -4.6uA (-1uA-3.6uA=-4.6uA typ) at your condition. see the explaination on page 11.

- The EN pin has an internal pull-up current source. How much is the pull-up voltage?
- If the EN pin voltage beyond internal pull-up voltage, will the EN pin source current stop?
  And is there any concern about this condition?

Your understanding is right. The pull-up voltage is about 4~6V. If it's connected to a strong voltage higher than the pull-up voltage, there will be no sink current.
There is no concern to connect a strong voltage source on EN pin.
