    Hi Star,

    It appears that there are two TPS74401 (U19 and U22).  Not all voltages are shown on the schematic.  Both appear to be okay so long as PL_VIN satisfies the Vbias dropout requirement (2.82V or more would cover it under all conditions).

    There does not appear to be a pullup resistor for PG for U19.

    It appears that the recommended resistor divider is used for U19 for a 1.2V rail; however, the recommended resistor divider is not used for U22:

    Neither U19 or U22 have a localized input capacitor.  The recommended input capacitor is 1uF.
