Hello,

The customer measured the actual device to check the SS signal rise time of TPS40210-Q1.
(See attached file)

result,
It was confirmed that it rise up in the order of VDD → BP → SS.

The SS pin power rise time of the TPS40210 device is shown in Figure 22 of the data sheet.
However, information on customer inquiries was not mentioned.

1)Would you please provide the time from the VDD voltage rise to the SS pin voltage rise?
(Customer wants to know the red arrow time of the attached file)

Hello

It seems that it will take a long time to get the final answer. What I can tell you now is that TPS40210's internal BP regulator turns on when BP>1.4V.

By decreasing BP capacitor, VDD-to-BP rising delay can be reduced.
