Hi,
My customer is using CSD18540 for motor driving.
Max 80A and typ 40A.
For thermal control, when FET temp increase to 90C, motor turns off and when it decrease to 80C, motor operation starts again.
If FET temp is 80C~90C during long time, is there any expected impact to performance and life time of FET?
If there is test results, please share it.
